Definitions of terms used in the chart of product life cycles:
Termination of product development
After termination date, the product is not being extended with any additional features. Only adjustments acceptable are modifications set by legislative changes.
Termination of sale
After termination date, the product is no longer available for purchasing nor through the ANeT sales department, neither through the web of approved dealers.
Termination of support within correction of errors (except for critical errors)
After termination date, we no longer correct errors with any critical effect on application use which do not endanger the process of order processing. We correct critical errors only.
Termination of support within correction of critical errors
After termination date, we no longer correct any errors occurring within the application.
Termination of consulting support of application
After termination date, the support of application is no longer available within consultations and settings.
